Cookbooks on Sale Now - These make Great Christmas Gifts!

BCSA published their first cookbook, a collection of recipes from parents, students and staff.  Proceeds from the sale of these books will go towards technology.  There were over 300 recipes submitted.  The cost is $15.00 per book.  On sale now!  They make great gifts!

Beef Brisket - marinade brisket in beef consommé, lemon juice, soy sauce, Cloves, Liquid Smoke for 24-48 hours - cook at 300º - Brisket is so tender it can be pulled with a fork.  Super easy!

Creamy Baked Chicken - chicken breasts, swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, cooking wine, herb stuffing mix, melted butter - Easy dinner.

Creamy Herb Potatoes - with lots of spices - so delicious!

Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookie Crunch - Has fresh strawberries, warm chocolate chip cookies, yogurt and a few other wonderful ingredients to make this an easy dessert!
