How to find my Student ID Number
BCSA uses a 9 digit student account numbers
for various student programs such as Mealpay
Plus, Jupitergrades, and SchoolMessenger.
If you ever need to find that number just
sign into your child's Jupitergrades account
and under settings it has the 9 digit
account number that is unique to your child.
MealPay Plus - Be sure to check your child
account
Be sure to check your child's meal account
by signing in to MealPay Plus account.
www.mealpayplus.com. Students will
negative accounts can not charge lunches or
milks until accounts are paid in full.
Lunch Procedure
Lunch counts for the day are taken first
thing in the morning and handed in by 8:30
am. Please be sure to let your child's
teacher know if you are eating with them
that day so you can be added to the count.
The amount of food prepared is determined by
the counts taken that morning. If your
child is going to be checked in late, please
let the teacher know ahead of time so they
can be counted for lunch.
Milk has gone up to 40 cents this year so
please be sure to send enough money to cover
milk.
Jupitergrades
If you are new and have not received your
Jupitergrades login instructions please be sure
to contact your teacher. Jupitergrades
emails are an important way of communication
from the school and teachers.
If you have a Jupitergrades account from last
year you can still use the same sign in.
If you need to update your information, such
as your email, please login to your account
and click on the "settings tab" and change
you information there.

The school supply list has been faxed to Wal-mart
and Staples for the elementary classes.
Middle school is posted here online along
with all grades.

Inclement Weather Procedures
With the winter weather upon us please make
sure you are prepared incase of school
closing especially during school hours due
to road conditions. We will send out a
SchoolMessenger message to parents, a
JupiterGrades email, post closings on the
websites, and local television stations (KNWA,
KHOG & KFSM).
New Tour Dates
BCSA offers guided tours of the elementary
and middle school campuses on Mondays when
school is in session. The tours last
approximately 45 minutes with time to answer
all of your questions. Children are
encouraged to accompany their
parents/guardians. Tours are given on Monday
mornings at 9:00AM – pre-registration is not
required. Questions about school tours may
be directed to our school counselor at
479-636-2272, ext. 1103.
There are no tours during the months of
March and April.
