About Us Benton County School of the Arts is an open enrollment public charter school that serves 775 students in northwest Arkansas. Located in Rogers, we are the second oldest charter school and the third largest charter school in Arkansas. Our mission is to provide rigorous academic programs with a purposed integration of the arts.
